Return Policy

We want every Vexis Studio order to feel right. Please review product details, sizing, and custom text carefully before checkout.

Returns

• Standard, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our error or a product defect.

Personalized and Custom Items

Personalized, engraved, custom text, or made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact service@vexisstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
