Personalized, engraved, custom text, or made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item.
Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact service@vexisstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
